We are hiring for a leading financial services company looking for an experienced HR Compliance professional to manage statutory and labour-law compliance across

Requirements

10–15 years of experience in HR Statutory / Labour Law Compliance.
Strong practical knowledge of EPF, ESI, CLRA, Shops & Establishments and Labour Laws.
Experience in handling audits, inspections, statutory authorities and compliance documentation.
Multi-location HR compliance experience will be an advantage.
Factory / Plant HR or manufacturing exposure is preferred, but candidates from large corporate, BFSI, NBFC or other multi-location organisations with strong statutory compliance experience can also apply.
Strong communication, documentation, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
